About

Fun facts about me: I’m a smidgen of an introvert. I’m a keto lover🥑🥦🥓, and a Jeep lovin’ gal (I’m on my 4th Jeep), always have loved the color, olive green (guess what color my Jeep is?), and I love Freddie Mercury and the band, Queen.👨🏻 And, no...Bohemian Rhapsody is not the best Queen song ever (humble opinion).
Give me a cozy chair, a cup of coffee ☕️, a roaring fire, and an interesting and enlightening book or a short storybook to read and I’m as happy as a lark. 🥳

I am the Creator and Host of Growing Uncomfortable and the Talk, Tales, and Trivia podcasts. 🎤And I am also the author of Southpaw - A Tale About A Girl’s Imagination. 📖

I have an AOS degree in Radio/Television Broadcasting from Iona College and a Bachelor's degree in Communications from the State University of New York (SUNY).

Through much work as a student, participant, and graduate of many self-development workshops, virtual sessions, conferences, and week-long events all over North America from some of the world's top leaders, I examine, guide, give tips, and techniques that I have used to have the best life I can. And I share my knowledge and experiences so anyone can learn from my successes (and my pitfalls) and listeners can, hopefully, experience the great results they want in life.

My personal passions include self-development, research, history, social/cultural issues, the 1980’s music scene, pop-culture, dystopian/speculative fiction, true-crime, and, of course, podcasting.

I enjoy living on the east coast with my dog, Frank, and we experience everything great that life has to offer us especially driving new places and having adventures in our favorite vehicle of all time...an olive green Jeep Wrangler.
